Everyone has a story to tell. Everyone has their own unique understanding of the climate crisis. Everyone has their own identities which shape their perspective.
We hope that by highlighting these artivists’ stories, you’ve gotten to experience the unique power that comes from listening. Listening to each other is how we build the collective knowledge we need in order to take care of each other.
In a world that often silences or co-opts BIPOC voices, our goal is that this project will be an important contribution to an increasing body of work that counters the dominant cultural narrative of climate resilience.
